Shipping costs
Deliveries within Germany and Austria:
Shipping costs for replacement parts are always a flat rate of €6.90.
For orders totaling €30.00 or more, shipping is free within Austria and Germany (except for spare parts!). If the order total is less than €30.00, a shipping fee of €6.90 will be charged.
Goods are preferably shipped via GLS. This also applies to shipments to most European countries.
Deliveries to other European (EU) countries and to non-EU countries:
When shipping to countries outside the EU, Modelleisenbahn GmbH will decide whether to use Fedex or DHL. The shipping costs to non-EU countries are calculated automatically after entering the address. The shipping costs will appear on your order confirmation and on the invoice.

Deliveries to non-EU countries may be subject to additional customs duties and fees!
Packaging:
The goods are sent in neutral packaging. As a rule, we use recyclable packaging material.
Delivery times
We do everything we can to deliver our customers' orders as quickly as possible.
The delivery time is 10-15 working days.
Important note
The stated delivery times refer to shipping in Germany and Western Europe. Due to customs processes, delivery times may vary considerably. This applies in particular to Eastern Europe and Asia. Delivery to these regions can take up to 3 weeks!
