Steam locomotive series 50 of the Austrian Federal Railways with Wagner smoke deflectors of the railway administration Linz. The standard freight locomotives series 50 built from 1939, had a carrying axle and five coupled axles, and belongs to the most successful constructions of the German national railway. Till 1948 3.164 machines of the 80 km/h quick series 50 was nearly built in all European locomotive manufacturers – at last as a transitional war locomotive of the type 50 ÜK.
