In general: Spare parts that are currently unavailable (YELLOW) cannot be ordered via the website. However, you can order spare parts that are currently unavailable from your specialist dealer. This means that if a spare part is temporarily out of stock and has been ordered by a specialist dealer, it will be automatically sent to the relevant specialist dealer as soon as it becomes available again.
