Is your warranty still valid?
Please check whether you still have a warranty claim on the item you purchased or the model you have purchased. Within the warranty period of 2 years from the date of purchase, you are entitled to warranty for defects that occur. For more information, please see our general terms and conditions. Within this two-year warranty period you can bring the defective model with the accompanying invoice for repair to your Roco dealer at any time, to remedy the defects as soon as possible.
Our certified Roco service partners will be happy to be there for you and support you in the prompt repair of technical problems or in the rapid repair of your model railway. Our certified service partners are preferably supplied with Roco spare parts. For repairs after expiration of the warranty period, please contact our certified service partners directly.
